I recently stayed at Best Western in a very convenient location just off the I-90/94 on Hwy 151, close to East Towne Mall. The on-site convenience store was a plus, selling everything from beer to snacks. The breakfast facility was really nice, and I enjoyed the variety it offered. The heated pool and hot tub area was great, with a glassed-in section that kept it warm. The shuttle service from the airport was a nice touch, and there were several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. a good experience and I would stay here again.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and solid with a great selection of goodies. There were a whirlpool and a writing desk in the room, loved that. - the hotel was in a favourable location, in a bright cheery cafe. - There was Qdoba Mexican Grill nearby to grab something to eat.

The power of the shower head was awesome!
The bed was not comfortable at all. We also used the hide-a-bed and that was worse.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and caring for guests. They provide great service and even offer a shuttle to the airport. The hotel has a marvelous and convenient location in the market area. Plus, they offer free wifi for guests to use.

Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. The super service in the breakfast room is really remarkable. Shuttle service is always punctual. Also pleasantly different: the music in public areas is often classical in a discreet volume.

Would recommend to friends. Delicious and solid breakfast with bacon, sausage, and eggs. Friendly customer service. Newly renovated room with two big beds. Marvelous and convenient location within walking distance to everywhere. Very easy to get from Dane County Regional airport, just 0.5 miles away.

I was walking down the Hall way and stepped on two nails in the middle of the hall way i had to get a tetanus shot it ruined my weekend n was treated rude by all except seth worst expe r hence still in pain
